At CR7 Underwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original hygiene-sealed packaging with tags attached, then place them securely in a shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
